PROGRAMME
Racism remains a complex and deeply embedded challenge across all sectors of work. This thought-provoking session will contrast how the public and private sectors approach equity, diversity, and inclusion—highlighting key policy, structural, and cultural differences. Participants will engage with real-world case studies and sector experts to explore the barriers and opportunities for meaningful change, while developing actionable DEIB strategies to build fairer, more inclusive workplaces that go beyond compliance to genuine transformation.
2026 CPD Programme
We are passionate about the development of the industrial psychology profession. We believe in the difference that the profession can make in business, in driving business results and ensuring the success of both business and the profession in years to come. This success requires us to take responsibility for our role, for the knowledge we contribute, and for understanding the requirements of business. To drive this success, we need to redefine the relationship organisational psychology has with business.
Join us for a 12-month accredited CPD programme (22 CEUs), where we share practical innovative ideas and thinking that will allow organisational psychologists to play a central role in ensuring the ongoing success of organisations during these uncertain times.
